Follow the instructions below for accessing the Real-Time Web Cam to view your pet/s at Bark Avenue Pet Resort.

Step 1: From the Web Cam page, click the TV screen that corresponds to the room wing where your pet is staying.

• The wing and room number are given to you when you check your dog in at Bark Avenue. If you do not know this information, call us at 904.757.3295.

Step 2: You will be prompted to install Active X if you do not already have this capability on your computer.

• Read more about Active X from the Microsoft website.
• Note that you must have Internet Explorer to view the real-time web cam. If you do not have IE, you will only see a still JPEG image.
• Note that your screen resolution size should be set to 1024 X 768. To set your screen resolution size on a PC, right click on your desktop and select properties. Select the "Settings" tab. Change size with slider.

Step 3: Click the radio button next to Mpeg Encoder Viewer on the screen represented by the screen shot below. Click the circle.

 

Step 4: Click the radio button next to your type of Internet connection on the screen represented by the screen shot below

Step 5: Click the Play Button as shown in the screen shot below.

Step 6: Enter your username and password as shown by the screen shot below.

• The username and password are given to you when you check your dog in at Bark Avenue. If you do not know this information, call us at 904.757.3295.

Step 7: Click on the Change Camera icon for the room list drop down menu. Select the room in which your pet/s is staying to view in real time. See screen below.

1. Take a snapshot of the screen to print.
2. Change the screen quality, higher for sharper image, lower for faster loading.
3. Save the video to your computer.
4. Change to Full Screen view.
